Keith Bradley was the 2004 Realtor® of the Year and the 2003-2004 President of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and Cape Cod and Islands Multiple Listing Service. He served as the Association and MLS Bylaws Committee Chair for 2009 - 2010.

A state director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors from 1999, he was a member of its International Advisory Committee in 2008 and charter member of its International Council. Keith was also the 2004, 2005 and 2007 Regional Vice President for Cape Cod. He has served on the state’s Candidate Certification Committee and Leadership Development Committee.

In 2003, 2004, 2005, he was appointed to the National Association of Realtors’ Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee and was instrumental in bringing NAR’s Resort Symposium to Cape Cod in June, 2004. A 2005 and 2006 Director of the National Association of Realtors, he served as Vice Chair of NAR’s Resort and Second Home Real Estate Forum in 2005 and Chair in 2006. In 2007, he was on NAR’s International Operations Committee and in 2008 on NAR’s Land Use, Property Rights and the Environment Committee.

A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), his other designations include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified International Properties Specialist (CIPS). He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Keith’s marketplace on Lower Cape Cod includes the towns of Chatham, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans and Eastham.
