Hi, I'm Leaa proud resident of Greater Palm Springs, a devoted mom, and a third-generation real estate professional with a lifelong passion for helping people build wealth and security through smart, strategic real estate decisions.

My love for real estate runs deep. I grew up riding shotgun with my mom, a decades-long luxury realtor and single mom, scouting properties across California. She passed down more than just her sharp eyeshe gave me the drive and heart to serve others. Now, I'm honored to carry on that legacy, helping clients throughout Indio, Rancho Mirage, and beyond secure standout dealsoften well below asking in competitive markets, and setting record-breaking sales on the listing side.

I'm proud to be one of the few women to have founded both a real estate brokerage and a registered investment advisory. I'm a licensed real estate broker (the highest level in California), and have been credentialed as an Accredited Buyers Agent, Certified Listing Professional, Trusts and Estates Specialist, and Certified Probate Expert. I'm also a managing partner of the award-winning Boracchia Wiviott Wealth Partners, a fee-based financial planning firm registered with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

With professional licenses spanning real estate, financial planning investments (Series 6, 63, 65), insurance (life, health, property & casualty), lending, and long-term care planning, I help clients protect and grow their wealth from every angle.
