Lin began her career at IBM in Finance Industry Marketing and moved to North Carolina in 1978 when her husband was called home to help manage a Family Business. Shortly thereafter, Lin was invited to join the IBM Executive Briefing Staff In Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Lin went on to hold the position of Business Solution Consultant for companies like NCR and IBM. The positions provided Lin with deep experience in needs assessment and contract negotiations preparing her for a career in Real Estate. Lin earned her NC Real Estate License in 2007 and has focused on providing a unique Real Estate experience for all of her clients. Lin has served on several area Boards including: The O'Neal School, First Health (formerly Moore County Hospital), First Health Hospital Auxiliary and Lee County Commission on Youth. Lin and her husband Phil have chaired the annual Hospital Ball and currently lead a project to build Wells in Uganda through Sacred Heart Church. In addition to Real Estate and Volunteerism, Lin's passions include Duplicate Bridge and Golf.
Community Involvement:
Golfing in the Pinehurst Area since 1978, Lin has long and deep experience in the area. Lin has served on several area Boards including: The O'Neal School, First Health Board of Trustees (formerly Moore County Hospital), First Health Hospital Auxiliary President and Board Member, and the Lee County Commission on Youth. Lin and her husband Phil have chaired the annual Hospital Ball and currently lead a project to build Wells in Uganda through Sacred Heart Church. Lin is also an active member of the Children's Education Committee of the Carolina Philharmonic and worked with Maestro David Michael Wolff to find his family the perfect home! In addition to Real Estate and Volunteerism, Lin's passions include Duplicate Bridge and Golf
