Over the years, Xiaorong (Sharon) has helped numerous clients. From local first time home buyers to the dream home hunters from away, from house-flipping investors to distressed homeowners seeking short sale, Xiaorong was right by their side throughout the process. Her clients had been benefited from her in-depth industry knowledge, detail-oriented organizational skills and deep-rooted Chinese money management wisdom.
In her spare time, Sharon taught "Personal Finance" and "Introduction to Chinese" at the local Adult Ed. She also volunteers as the Vice President of Maine China Network business division, promoting mutually beneficial, long-lasting business relations between Maine & China.
Before she moved to Maine and became a Realtor, Xiaorong worked in Iowa as a Mechanical Engineer Consultant for ALCOA Davenport Works.
Before she came to the states, Xiaorong worked and studied in Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. She was loved by her professors, colleagues and students. She has a master degree in Thermal Dynamics Engineering. (Zhejiang University now is the largest university in China, and Hangzhou is one of the most beautiful and relaxing city in China).
Having been working in engineering and research fields for years, Xiaorong has just the right skills for information gathering, market analyzing to help her clients make the right decision on their real estate needs.
Currently Xiaorong lives in Milo with her husband Schuyler and daughter May.
