Stephanie started in retail at the age of 15 and felt right at home because she loves meeting new people and gets her energy from being around others. Her first job was at Spencer Gifts, the wacky store in the mall. She worked in retail for 16 years working her way up to a store manager at Victoria's Secret. Before leaving Victoria’s Secret she brought her store to the top 100 stores in sales in the country for the year. Along her retail journey she was lucky enough to have amazing mentors and leaders who taught her many lessons she applies not just personally, but also in her career. Some of those values that are with her everyday are living a life with gratitude, doing what’s right even when no one is watching and coming from a place of contribution to help others.

In 2016, Stephanie’s husband Erik started talking about flipping houses. In an interest of doing something new and different they both got their real estate licenses and signed up with Keller Williams Preferred Partners as agents. Stephanie instantly fell in love with the company culture and the agents that represent it. Purchasing their home meant a lot to Stephanie and Erik because it allowed her to stay close to the city that she loves while also allowing Erik the space to have chickens and bees. Stephanie is passionate about helping others find the home that allows them to live the lifestyle that they desire, the way her and Erik have.
