Susan & Greg Day are CharlestonByDay
Susan and Greg Day have been married for 45 years as of June 5, 2022. Together they have four grown children and four grandchildren. They met each other at work in 1973 and they are still working as a team all these years later.
Greg has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He spent 30 years working in the finance and commodity floor trading operations in New York City. Susan has a Bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison University in communications, and a M.A.T., Masters of Applied Teaching. She's been a licensed Realtor since October of 2013 and in 2015 was named Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Board of Realtors.
In 2010, when their nest was empty, Greg and Susan moved to Charleston. Looking for a career change, Susan decided to get her real estate license. One year later, Greg got his license and joined her at AgentOwned Realty in Mount Pleasant, and together they called their newest operation; CharlestonByDay. Their real estate interests began when they married, and during the early years of marriage, they renovated or built new homes over the course of 30 years for their young family. Over the years, many of Susan's friends told her to get her real estate license, but as a young mother and being very involved in the community, she held off. But now, she's hit the ground running, with Greg's help, and they are both ready to help their clients at anytime of day.
