In 2021, Talisa obtained her master's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. With a robust background in administration, customer service, sales, project, and property management, Talisa offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She holds multiple real estate designations and certifications, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Home Finance Resource (HFR), equipping her with advanced skills to advocate for her clients, navigate complex transactions, and guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with confidence.
Talisa's dedication and professionalism have earned her recognition as the 2024 Rookie of the Year by the St. Croix Board of REALTORS®. She serves as Co-Chair of the Education Committee and is an active member of the Community Outreach Committee, where she helps organize training, educational initiatives, and impactful community service projects.

After a successful four-year property management stint in Texas, Talisa yearned to return to her roots on St. Croix. She missed her family and the island, and happily relocated back home in 2016. Talisa believes there is no place like home especially when that home is an island rich in culture and history.
Talisa's zest for life is infectious. She loves dancing, challenging herself at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen with her grandma's culinary recipes, journaling, and spending time at the beach with her family. She embraces the joy of discovery and brings this enthusiasm to her work.
