Terry Blackwell was born and raised in Bend. He has been a Realtor for more than 40 years and is active and highly respected in the community, as well as with the Realtor Association. He is a past president of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors, the Commercial Investment Division of the association and was COAR Realtor of The Year in 1997. He was also bestowed the honor of Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors in 2020. He has served on various municipal boards and committees and is a past mayor of Bend. He holds a Certified Residential Broker designation. When not busy with clients he enjoys painting, reading, working out, and working in his wood shop, or with the tractor to support his wife Linda in her gardening.
Terry enjoys helping friends and clients through the process of buying, selling and planning real estate investment strategies in an effective, efficient and stress-free manner. He works from his home office at the English country style home named Willoway Cottage.
