But there's more to Mitch than just his real estate career. He's also the founder of Plaine's Bike Ski Snowboard, a local business that has been a fixture in Pittsfield since 1974. Mitch is a family man, living with his wife Barbara and their adorable dog Honey. Together, they have two daughters named Rachael and Amanda.
