I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years in many capacities including commercial mortgage lending, custom home building as a principal of Arlington Homes designing and overseeing the construction process as the client rep. and selling new homes in Forest Hills, Caledonia and even in Clarksville, Michigan. I am also experienced in commercial property management, real estate development, investment, contracts, due diligence and closings. In 2009 I followed my passion for personal customer service by becoming a licensed Realtor and now an Associate Broker with Novosad Realty Partners.
