Wendy Ezelle has lived in the Lowcountry since 2008, when she was brought in from Austin, TX to run one of Charleston's gems in the culinary scene. After managing restaurants such as Taco Boy, Closed For Business & Monza, Wendy's entrepreneurial spirit led her to open what would become Charleston's Best Juice Bar - The Juice Joint. Expanding The Juice Joint to a five-location enterprise over a 4 year period taught this mother of two little ones the meaning of top-tier customer service, hard work, and never quitting.
Wendy successfully sold her business after 7 years and jumped into Real Estate Investing while using her skills and knowledge of the industry to help residential and commercial clients alike. She also partnered with her her business broker and now utilizes her skills across industries to guide her clients in all three areas of wealth-building. Wendy is a fully licensed Broker and loves helping her clients to "follow their bliss" in their real estate and business goals.
In her off-time, Wendy enjoys family time with her husband, daughter, and son in their community of Folly Beach. She is an avid rower, a founding volunteer for The Greenheart Project, the Co-Founder of The Lowcountry Highrollers, and an active member of the Folly Beach Association of Business.
