Windy and Mindy have been working closely since 2015 with much success in the Lake Martin Area co-founding Big Fish Lake Martin Real Estate Group with Stacey McKinley in 2021.

Windy is a hometown girl whose lifelong knowledge of the area and the real estate market make her an indispensable resource to her clients and co-workers.

Mindy grew up in the Lake Martin area and has strong marketing skills that benefit sellers, especially when it comes to showcasing property in its best light and getting it in front of as many buyers as possible.

In 2020, we grew our team with two more agents, Michael and Chad! Michael is a lifelong resident and business owner of the Dadeville area that has (and continues) to serve our community in a multitude of ways from Chamber president to Board of Education member and many others. His knowledge of the area and people in the area are a vital part of our team.

Chad has been a part-time resident of Lake Martin since 2016 and moved here full-time in 2020. Chad was in the mortgage industry for many years and most recently, medical rep sales. Combining all of those strengths with his strong knowledge of the Lake Martin area and real estate market, he's a great asset to Team Windy/Mindy.

We have teamed up to combine our strengths to better serve our clients. As natives of the area who work here each day, we have relationships with many local service providers that we can connect with you.

Our knowledge of Lake Martin is second to none! Not only do we spend our days helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, but we also live here full time and spend our free time enjoying ALL that Lake Martin has to offer.
